Strength

Improve strength and muscle tone in this energizing, full-body pre/postnatal class. Each session includes dynamic stretching, cardio, circuits, balance, stabilization exercises and core and pelvic floor activation. All circuits are 60 seconds long so that you move through at your desired level of exertion and our certified instructor will help cue your breaths through the movements and provide as much guidance as necessary to empower you. 

Yoga

Expectant mamas prepare for a positive labor experience with tools to connect within and with your baby. While new mamas release tension from repetitive movements and focus on re-connecting. Postures and movements will focus on open the hips, strengthening the pelvic floor, as well as strengthening the rest of the body.
