Fitbump Strength

Improve strength and muscle tone in this energizing, full-body prenatal fitness class. Each session includes dynamic stretching, cardio, circuits, balance, stabilization exercises and core and pelvic floor activation. All circuits are 60 seconds long so that you move through at your desired level of exertion and our certified instructor will help cue your breaths through the movements and provide as much guidance as necessary to empower you.  All levels welcome. New students please arrive 10 minutes before class to fill out a brief prenatal questionnaire + mini consult. 

Classes are held weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.

WORSHOPS

PRENATAL YOGA 6 WEEK SERIES 

Our Prenatal Yoga Series is a 6 week class offering where expectant mamas prepare for a positive labor experience with tools to connect mind, body, and heart while releasing tension and anxieties, and building confidence and strength for birth and motherhood. Postures and movements will focus on opening the hips, strengthening the pelvic floor, full body awareness and alignment.  All levels welcome, class will be led by our Instructor and Birth Doula: Francesca Saputo
 
Classes will be held for six consecutive Thursdays from 7:15pm-8:00pm

Postpartum Core Connect 6 Week Series 

A postpartum series focusing on progressive workouts that help support and stabilize the muscles most affected during pregnancy to help deliver more control, function and a higher quality of life.  Any mother can benefit from this specialized workshop. Space is limited for this small group personal training class, reserve your space soon! 

The physical demands of pregnancy can result in weak or strained muscles that can cause pain, discomfort and lead to injury. These conditions can worsen overtime by lack of exercise or attempting to practice exercises that can delay postpartum healing and recovery. Back pain, urinary incontinence, abdominal separation and feeling a lack of connection with your own body are common issues many moms experience. In this series, learn to:

+ Overcome poor physical habits
+ Coordinate breathing and movement
+ Fully recruit your core and pelvic floor
+ Learn safe and effective exercises

Classes will be held for six consecutive Saturdays from 10:15am-11:00am

Please plan to attend every class in the series.  If you cannot, be advised that there will not be additional make-up classes. There will be no refunds or transfers and cannot be combined with any other training package.
